What happens if the postie comes while I’m not home?
There If no one is home when the postie comes to bring your parts, the parcel will be taken to the Post Office for collection. We know this is a bit of a bummer when you’re excited for your new things, but it would be an even bigger bummer if the parcel got stolen. We don’t want that to happen to you! If you aren’t likely to be home, you might be able to use your work address instead.

Please note, if you select "Authority to Leave" Bike Gear Online will not be held responsible for any parcels which are lost/stolen/mauled by your canine. We do not recommend selecting if you live in a gated complex, or unit block. CHOOSE AT YOUR OWN RISK!


Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 


Shipping Costs

All orders over $99 will receive free shipping across Australia. This may not include some larger, bulky items that require extra care and alternative shipping requirements. 

For all orders under $99 you will find the estimated delivery cost during the checkout process once. This is when we can calculate the product sizes and delivery location.

Please allow approximately 14-21 days for delivery depending on where you are in world.
 
Please note: due to licensing and import restrictions, some items are not able to be shipped internationally. Sorry!

Please be aware that when your order arrives in its destination country there may be customs and/or import charges payable to your local government authority. Unfortunately, we don't have any control over these charges as they vary from country to country and we cannot be held responsible for any local charges on your order.

If you'd like to know whether you'll incur import charges, please contact the relevant Customs Office in your country for further information.

Please give us about 2 business hours to locate your purchase in our warehouse and have it ready for you to collect.
